We are just starting out. When the business generated by the site justifies more investment in customer interface, then we'll provide it. That's answer number one. Also, all the photograph orders we fill are customized to the photograph and the customer. We want to maintain a high degree of communication with the customer to provide the exact product in the right way for each and every customer.
